"They inspected the a/c unit as part of a big deal coupon for $49. A couple weeks later sometime while I was on vacation, my a/c started leaking water. I called them up and they immediately (within 3 hours) had someone show up and look into it. Apparently the pvc pipe coming off it stopped draining which caused the unit to leak water in the house. The a/c technician that came out cleared it out. He put it in as a warranty fix, so it didn't cost me anything above the initial inspection fee. Perhaps they could have found this issue during the inspection, but the way they responded to it and resolved it right away, it was a very good experience.
After this experience, I learned two things: 1) damp carpet left alone for a week or more is not very pleasant. 2) RAS A/C really cares about customer service, and I'll use them in the future.
