"Great. Noelle Reinheimer is a great kitchen designer and did a great layout for us. Our cabinet install was scheduled and happened on time."

"We recently bought a new house, and needed a few smaller repairs done, along with a huge privacy fence installed for our dogs. Aaronson Repairs was very prompt with their response to our inquiry. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well so I always knew what to expect. The small repairs were completed almost immediately, and the fence was completed as soon as the material came in. The guys who came worked really hard, and the fence was complete ahead of schedule. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work. We got wood fencing along the sides of our yard, and aluminum fencing along the back. It looks better than I could have imagined. They were even thoughtful enough to ask whether our dogs were diggers, and helped to reinforce the bottoms of the fence. We will be calling for our next renovation project, and would highly recommend them to others."

"The owner was courteous and friendly, and was able to do the work quickly. I'm extremely satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend."

"The owner is not just a contractor, but a carpenter. He is really friendly and works with your budget. They had two employees come out. They would've completed the work in a week if it wasn't for the weather. His communication with us was perfect."

"What a wonderful experience we had with this company. I would highly recommend to anyone. A big issue I have is trusting people in my house when I’m not home. I had NO worries leaving this crew to do their work. It’s beautifully done and we are so happy and pleased with the outcome!"

"Great work. Moved most of the heavy items in the basement, epoxy finish looks amazing. Third floor room went from blue, orange, purple and lime green child's room to a neutral any age bedroom. They tinted the primer for best coverage of old color, two coats of paint. Instead of just touching up the baseboards as we agreed, they repainted them completely so the finish would look better. This is the second job they've done for us. Wonderful company!

"I knew it was going to be challenging to find an investor that would lend me money for this real estate venture.  I have lived 20 years in a four unit historic condominium building in downtown Jersey City and I wanted to buy the unit above me as an investment property.  But with Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac rules, they would not give me a loan because I would own half the building and this would give me too much control over condo association decisions.  I checked with Angie's List where Central Lending was well recommended and spoke with Mark, the president of Central Lending, about my situation and that I needed an unconventional loan outside of Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac oversights.  After many disappointments and on the very last day of my contract with the seller, Mark found a lender.  And on the very last day of the window to the loan, it closed.  I cannot thank Mark and his assistant Judy enough for their patience and steadfast of seeing this through.  I cannot tell you the emotional roller-coaster ride I went through during the 4 1/2 month duration.  There were many moments that I wanted to give up but Mark reassured me that the sale would happen.  Without Mark's personal intervention with the lender and title company, this deal would not have closed.   You can be sure that when I am in the market to buy unit #3, I will not hesitate to contact Central Lending.  Thank you so much."

"Once he contacted me to come over on a date he had open, he arrived at the specified time (in fact he beat me home). I explained and showed him the task at hand. We agreed on a price and a timeline. He took all measurements, went and procured needed materials from a local lumber supply company, came back, and got to work. It went much quicker than I anticipated and the job was very well done.

"Came to my residence, took measurements, contacted a metal fabricator to who also came to my residence to review the work needed ,made the door from aluminum and installed it. O'Dell contracting called me to follow up and tell me when job would be completed. This is a reliable contractor who kept in contact to let me know the date it would be installed. After the job was completed he contacted me to ask if the work was satisfactory.I would recommend this contractor for any home remodeling. He is to be graded as an A-1 Contractor."

"Siding had been repaired twice by other contractors. It was blown off in a storm. After DCB repair it never came off again. Roofing was efficient and well done"
