"My experience with Jose L who did the work was great. He was prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. He was patient with my questions and showed clear dedication to delivering a quality experience. I would rate him straight As across the different categories. Scheduling the service was a different story. I'd grade that a C at best, maybe D. After multiple emails and phone calls that were not returned we finally got someone on the phone and scheduled the service, but they still couldn't provide us full information on the estimated cost of a simple repair. On top of that, it was a 6 week wait for someone to come out. We've been happy with Shavitz in the past but this was a bad experience. We're on their maintenance plan so we hope that will mean better service in the future."

"They are great. They do good work. They are very responsive. They are punctual. It took them about a half hour to complete the service. They fixed the problem. They were on time. They were professional. They fixed the problem. I have been using them for six years so they are fine."

"on time, and knowledgeable the technician did the job well. Also, I had a problem changing the furnace filter. The filter was getting stuck when taking it out or installing. He repaired that too."

"Went very well. TDH services my two furnaces and one humidifier every autumn to assure trouble-tree operations. Their technicians have always been thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional; an this year's visit, by technician Gelacio, was no exception. Together with TDH's fair price, this keeps me a satisfied customer."

"We had an issue with our washing machine not draining properly. We called Nick from Park Ridge Appliance Service, and after leaving a message he returned our phone call within a matter of minutes. Not only did he replace the pump, but he also showed us how clogged our dryer vent was and suggested we have that cleaned, as well as replace our exterior dryer vent as it was not up to code. We felt all things Nick pointed out were legit and should be repaired/replaced immediately, and the price he quoted seemed in line with what we had researched. Nick was professional, kind, and knowledgeable about all components of the work performed. We strongly recommend Nick at Park Ridge Appliance Service for anyone wanting a reliable, honest serviceman."

"It went great, They were timely and I am very happy with the service."

"Everything was great except they broke the exterior dryer vent cover. They said they would return and replace it. They never did. It never should have happened in the first place. A true professional would have removed the cover when cleaning to eliminate the possibility of damage."
