"Zen Dry Restoration came in after a major toilet backflow caused by root intrusion. Joe, the owner, came over off hours to assess the damage and his crew was there early the next morning pulling up flooring and removing wet drywall. Once the extent of the damage was known the cleanup began. Every surface that made contact with dirty water/sewage was removed or cleaned and sealed. It took several days with fans, air scrubbers and a dehumidifier to remove all the moisture. Zen Dry took point with my insurance company and ensured everything went smoothly there as well. I really couldn't have asked for better service or a easier experience. I hope to never go through this again but I know who to call if I need them."
