Roof Coating & Sealing Contractors in Littleton, CO

"Highly professional. They did an extremely good job making sure that the proper flashing and calking was done. They left the job site cleaned up better than when they found it. The owner was a man of his word. I was impressed that they check and rechecked every detail. I highly recommend this company."

"Quick, friendly, and affordable consult and minor fixes done!"

"Mike did a masterful, professional job in replacing my damaged siding. Not only that, but he correctly diagnosed the problem as a water leak. He identified the source of the problem and fixed it. When it began raining after he had painted the new siding, he quickly grabbed the hose and rinsed all the paint off to prevent streaking. Then, he came back the next day to finish the job. Mike is very knowledgeable and professional and? he's tireless. Would I recommend him? Heck yes!! I've scheduled him to come back next month to fix my garage door!"

"They did a superb job prepping an old metal roof and coating the roof. 20 year warranty. Professional in every respect. Would absolutely recommend this company."

"did the job well, for a good price and on time"

"had a roof replaced in 2018. Found a problem 8 years later and out of warranty. Advanced Exterior took ownership and repaired the damage. Outstanding company. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement."

"The deck looks good and was done on time. Overall I am happy with the overall experience I had with the crew. When they didn't show up on one day they made it up the next day by working very long hours. We had a date that they would finish by and they hit that goal but would have beat it by a few days if weather wouldn't have held them up."
