"Although their work was good, they never showed up during their assigned time window. They are always late coming. Their installation was great! One small problem occurred. They had to install a pump for the air conditioner. This was not the problem, the problem was that it leaked from the moment they installed it and left. We called them back the next day and they came and fixed the problem."
