Mario the plumber, was very knowledgeable in regards to what the new water heater standards are and what would best work in the space available. After agreeing on the replacement model and price, he picked up the unit from storage and within 2 hours had replaced the unit. During the install he explained in detail the features of the new unit and why new connections (replaced copper with flex piping) would prevent electrolysis due to steel pipes coming out of the heater and copper pipes installed in the home. Very satisfied with the water quality and service. The water in my area is extremely hard. Gary arrived on time for a service call and thoroughly checked out my existing 15 year old softener. After troubleshooting the existing timer based 25K system, he provided a detailed estimate of repair. He also provided a detailed estimate for replacement cost using a Puronics softener.



Gary discussed the pros/cons of repair vs new install and advised me think it over and get back to them when I felt comfortable with my choice. "DAV Construction owner Alex gave us an estimate and suggested where to go to make decisions on tile, backsplash, cabinets, granite, and fixtures. We worked with these companies and it went very smoothly, most of the items were in stock. The items that we wanted were ordered and shipped very quickly. Since this was our vacation home, Alex and his team stayed at the home during the week. We couldn't live there while the demolition was going on, but on the weekends we would see how the new construction was going. We were very impressed how quickly the job was being done. When we arrived on the weekend, he would meet us there to discuss any changes or additions that needed to be done. He would give us suggestions and we would also give him suggestions.
