"Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. We were pleased with the company overall."

"Mario was hired to replace 3 toilets and 2 faucets. Each toilet removal seemed to come with its unique set of problems. Mario worked diligently to install the new toilets, and correct issues as they were uncovered with the old toilet removal. He was professional, courteous, and very thorough. We feel that the work performed was to the highest standard. We would absolutely use him again."

"Very satisfied with the water quality and service. The water in my area is extremely hard. Gary arrived on time for a service call and thoroughly checked out my existing 15 year old softener. After troubleshooting the existing timer based 25K system, he provided a detailed estimate of repair. He also provided a detailed estimate for replacement cost using a Puronics softener.
Gary discussed the pros/cons of repair vs new install and advised me think it over and get back to them when I felt comfortable with my choice. Based on my favorable experiences with scheduling service and with Gary's knowledge/professionalism, I purchased the Puronics softener that day. The results were as advertised. The water really does taste great out of the faucet without the need of an additional filter.

"Andrew was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. He was able to replace all of the broken things that needed replacement without issue. He also discovered and fixed the leak at the service connection point. We have noticed increased water pressure after this repair. He also was able to recommend multiple options to better address the hard water that we deal with, and give us an estimate on the health and remaining lifespan of our water heaters. We will call him first in the future."
