We had agreed on a week when the work would be done. The installers called and wanted to come a week earlier. I okayed it, but it wasn't the best day for me. They were nice and efficient. The new furnace appears to be exactly what I wanted. However, the new thermostat control was a different size and shape from the original one and they didn't patch the holes or repaint the edges--not a big deal but when I got a security system a few weeks ago, they did do all that finishing."
