Southland is a Mitsubishi diamond dealer so I got full Mitsubishi warranties plus 1 year from Southland of parts and service. The day the installers arrived, on time, it was raining. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. I have attached a photo so you can see for yourself the way they carted for my home. The equipment works perfectly. I would hire this company again in a heart"

They were very considerate and laid a tarp on all the floors to minimize trash or dirt on the floor. There was high pressure sales involed which I succumbed into as the sales guys were saying that I had fiber damage in my ducting and since I have kids in the house they said that it was very crucial that I do the change now.
