His price was very reasonable and he has called to check on the system and make sure I am satisfied. I know he will be there right away if I have any problems. I had no experience with choosing a system for an older house in Santa Fe. There is no ductwork. It was heated with a wood stove. The mini split system has given me three zones in the house where I can control the heat or cooling separately. This is perfect for me because I don't have to heat or cool areas that I am not using."

Once again he showed up on time when he said he would, communicated with us every step of the way, and explained and showed us what he was doing and why.
