"This is about the fourth time I've used Tony's Plumbing. They always do an excellent job for me and something just as important, I feel I can trust them to give me an honest answer when they come out to do a job for me. Had them out to do clean a slow drain that had been this way for some time. Had considered getting another company out that I had a coupon for, but then decided to to call Tony's instead since I can trust them if there were additional problem. Glad I did since it turned out to be a lot more complicated than just putting a snake down the pipe as their snake kept getting stuck. Paul, the tech doing the job, finally had to replace a section of the pipe and now drain is running freely again. I have also had them out to replace my water heater, replace my kitchen sink and reroute a drain from my HVAC. They have done a good job for me each time. They are definitely my go to plumber."

"I called because I could not turn off the hot water. They said, someone, would be there within 2 hours. The plumber arrived in less than 90 minutes. He was neat and clean. He set right to work. After 15 minutes or so he had taken apart the old faucet tried to make a repair but the faucet was not repairable - not surprising since the faucet was quite old. I asked if he could replace the faucet but the one I wanted he did not have on his vehicle. He called the office and they had one in stock. He was gone about 40 minutes. "I have 3 Kohler Rialto one piece toilets that are very difficult to repair.  The toilet seats attachment connections are not accessible so you have to remove anchors from the top and then insert and attach new anchors.  I replaced the seats on a couple of them myself and it was an incredibly difficult process of trying to drill or break out the old anchors.  Adding the new ones seems easy.  Unfortunately if you tighten the new anchor too much it can expand and crack the toilet.  Which I did. <br /> So now I had to replace one of the toilets. <br /> I contacted Albano's and explained that I needed to have the toilet replaced in the next two days because my wife was returning from a trip and would be very unhappy that I destroyed one of our toilets while she was gone. <br /> They sent Eric out within 30 minutes with the new toilet, at less than it cost from Home Depot, and he completely removed and replaced the toilet perfectly. <br /> These are expensive toilets.  However, they told me up front what it would cost including service and they did exactly what they said for exactly the price they told me.  No shenanigans. <br /> Eric was extremely helpful and professional.  I will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing done. <br />"
