"We hired Kelly to do two jobs, one large, one small. The big one was the repair of a flagstone patio that was poorly installed by someone else. The patio now looks beautiful! "I had some cracked bricks due to a foundation problem that needed to be replaced. They gave me a good price, color-matched the brick and mortar and the installation looks good. Two problems, however. They did not tell me the repair would leave an unsightly haze over the entire area that can only be cleaned off by an acid wash, nor did they offer to clean the haze off for me. They should have communicated this and offered to clean the brick after repair. I am not pushing this too much cause they gave me a good price. It just would have been nice to know. Secondly, their Home Advisor profile said they accept credit cards. After the repair, I was told cash or check only. I had to go get a check. Overall, the work performed was fine. I would just suggest anyone hiring them to ask specific questions about cleaning the brick afterwards and what forms of payments can they accept."

"Patrick and his crew did an amazing job for us in the Fall of 2019. They were a pleasure to work with each step of the way. He was always courteous and prompt and showed up when he said he would. We had received four other bids and Patrick was the only one who was able to understand our vision and offer a perfect solution for the slope in our backyard. We didn t want just retaining walls and we didn t want to take out our mature trees. He came up with a plan that gave us two retaining walls (one is a seating wall) with a pathway in between and connecting to two spacious patios nestled among the trees. There are stairs and built-in LED lights and it s so pretty! He also added a paver path from the patio on our slope to our existing stamped concrete patio with a small paver floor under the gazebo. We liked his work so much that we had him come out in the Spring of 2020 and add another paver patio for our Catio. They were able to tie it all in with the existing pavers and concrete and if all flows together so nicely! Once we turned our sprinklers on, we noticed a drip line had been cut. Patrick sent his crew out immediately and repaired it good as new! We highly recommend Outdoor Innovations by Patrick Richie."
