"I waited so long to submit this review because I wanted to see if we really were going to save any money. Our summer electric bills have dropped to a third of what they were last year. We may never fully recover the full replacement cost but getting a PECO bill for $175.00 versus $576.00 (August) is great and that is a positive for the enviornment!
I no longerhave all the specs on the old oil burner but with the new system (3 zones vs. 2) we are using 50% less fuel oil. I can't track the savings due to warmer temperatures but the new unit runs a lot less than the old Columbia.

"Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"It cost me nothing. Because I purchased the service contract with UGI, when I did need service work done it cost me zero. It's been a very positive experience so far. The timeliness is good. When I called them, they came the same day. They got a repair part and brought it back the next day. My furnace was not down very much at all. Very quick service. Very professional. Just a very good overall positive experience. I can't say anything negative at all. I would absolutely use them again."

"Perfect. Not only did he go above and beyond with this furnace maintenance he saved me over 400.00 on the install of the humidifiers. No more nose bleeds at night with custom humidity ! Call him, you will be very happy you did. I also found out he was a Veteran, that means something to me as I am a Vet. Another bonus is he cleaned up after himself, gave me directions on how to use the humidifier units AND provided a tag with easy contact information along with maintenance date sheet. Made sure that the service provided would not impact my wife's sensitivity to chemicals. David and Tony came out to perform the service. Both were professional and thorough. Told me where the system was p[particularly dirty and smelled of mold as well as telling me where other parts of the system were in very good condition.
