"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

I called later in the day after a few other service companies with whom I had previously dealt indicated that the first service available would be the next day.  My AC condenser was completely frozen (so I had shut it down) and it was going to be another hot and very humid night so I searched online for someone else. 

This is my first experience with Aire Serv.  Mark called to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived when he said he would.  He checked all parts of my system and explained everything that he was doing.  He was not at all rattled that I was looking over his shoulder the whole time.  So far so good on the service that he performed in correcting the issue with my AC.   

Mark even installed a new condensation pump that I had purchased earlier in the day from Fagers.

I gave no rating on the price because I have no previous experience on the cost for this service.    

So far I am completely satisfied with the service performed.  My house is again comfortable on a very muggy day.
