"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Our central a/c unit stopped working yesterday evening in 100 degree heat. I immediately called Vigen (at 7:10PM on a Friday btw) and he picked up and squeezed us in the next day. He came today (8/29/15) and had us up and running again in 30 minutes. The starter needed to be replaced. We are so very grateful. Vigen and his guys at North Air really know their stuff. They're punctual, courteous, fair, and do great work.
Two years ago, our central a/c unit was rattling terribly on the roof. We called a few different companies for estimates and liked Vigen's the best. All of the estimates cited similar issues with the install we had done in 2009. The a/c unit was not properly attached to the house...it wasn't draining right...also there were problems with how the furnace was installed in the attic...and I don't remember any more details two years later. What I remember is that the unit was no longer rattling on the roof and suddenly the house was getting much cooler, much faster, much more quietly. 
We also really like the mini-split unit that North Air installed in the garage. It works great and is virtually silent. We will continue to use North Air for all our HVAC needs. It's a relief to know we have a dependable company to call when things get way to hot or way too cold....

"Sent email through anigies list site, he called right away on a Sunday night - tried to help me fix my thermostat since it was only a year 1/2 old but we could not.  Did tell me he had a job in san diego that week.  since it was nothing major decided to wait since the reviews were good and he seemed honest.  finally was able to pick a good day, called letting me know he was on his way, showed up and first looked at my thermostat but it was broke, replaced with new one right away.  Explained how it worked also checked my filters and let me know where I could buy replacement ones at a good price.  Was quick, very friendly and professional.  Also does electrical work which I need so I will be calling in the future.

"We truly love Best Builders Group! We had a wonderful time during the remodeling work that they did at our house and we highly recommend this company! Zohar was able to deliver everything he promise and even more. We originally hired them to completely redo the kitchen and bathroom on top of few other tasks around the house. One of our friend is an interior designer by profession and she joined us and helped on the design of our new stunning kitchen, brand new cabinets, new hardware, paint, counter tops and more. Zohar and his team were able to join forces very well with her and we were happy by that because it saved us money. In the master bedroom and bathroom we removed the existing tub and installed new hot tub including the replacement of all the existing floors and walls in addition to replacing all the light fixtures and the vanity mirrors. We fell that we are very blessed by having Best Builders Group and that the remodeling project was completed right before the holidays. "I called and setup an appointment for the afternoon.  The dispatcher called back in an hour saying the plumber was free earlier and came immediately.  He was there within an hour and gave me an estimate for the replacement and upgrade that I wanted.  I agreed to the price and within 3 hours I had a new water heater.  I can?t imagine where they could have done any better.
