They were very considerate and laid a tarp on all the floors to minimize trash or dirt on the floor. Brandon came over very considerate to my needs and "did not" try to up sale me on other services that others do such as installing new venting when it is not really needed. "The dealer wanted $950. Precision did it for $600, as quoted using original mfg. parts. Owner asked what else was wrong with the car and I told him that Toyota wanted to clean the injectors....well the owner here said that cleaning injectors was the biggest scam in the auto industry and went on for five minutes as to why.   When I picked it up, he said my steering was making a small knock and that was the rack and pinion and I could wait until it got worse before having it repaired.  This is a small shop but has integrity.... a rare commodity."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Vigen came within 3 hours of my call. He repaired my broken air conditioner before noon on a day where a heat advisory had been issued. Luckily he had the needed parts with him. He was prompt, professional and his service fees reasonable. I will definitely call him again."

Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!

"We truly love Best Builders Group! We had a wonderful time during the remodeling work that they did at our house and we highly recommend this company! Zohar was able to deliver everything he promise and even more. We originally hired them to completely redo the kitchen and bathroom on top of few other tasks around the house. "I called and setup an appointment for the afternoon.  The dispatcher called back in an hour saying the plumber was free earlier and came immediately.  He was there within an hour and gave me an estimate for the replacement and upgrade that I wanted.  I agreed to the price and within 3 hours I had a new water heater.  I can?t imagine where they could have done any better.
