"My experience has been excellent! The windows and door are beautiful and very well installed. Brandon is amazing and was prompt, professional, and did a beautiful install. He and Brian cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. Everyone at the company has been helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. My salesman mark q beat the price of 4 other quotes. I would highly recommend the window depot!"

"Technician arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. Did not try to sell me anything additional. Adjusted spring and lubricated rollers. Door works well. Will refer neighbors to them, if they need work on the garage door."

"Went great and was a great experience from the sales man to the installation. The salesman wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to up sell us but listened to our needs and reasons for updating. We replaced all our windows that were the original 40 year old aluminum single pane, the original sliding glass door, and had a storm door replaced with a solid door. The installation team was very professional, courteous, and the workmanship looks flawless."

"I had an excellent experience! Camille helped and listened to all my insights for the door that i want, Her recommendation helped me pick the perfect door for us."

"Weather was our biggest issue. Storms throughout the summer continued to require that we reschedule the start of our work. With each reschedule, Ed contacted us in advance and we easily found new start times. When the work started Ed arrived on schedule and worked diligently until the job was complete. From my description of the job, it is easy to tell that this job required special expertise in addressing the various issues on the walls themselves. Ed knew just the proper products and had the professional skill to solve all of them. Walls were scraped, resealed and stucco was repaired. Amy, Ed's wife, is an expert in doing detail work. It was done to perfection. Their son also works with his mom and dad. Again, a polite gentleman and skilled craftsman. We are so happy with the work done and have complete confidence in its quality. Oh, and the issue of color, just ask Amy. Along with Ed and their son's expertise, we selected on a combination of colors that looks wonderful.....I was a little afraid at first because some darker shades were selected (remember, I'm a plain vanilla girl). Trust the Staibs, they really know what they are doing. They replaced all our old door hardware and spray painted all the french doors/ windows. The outside of our house looks brand new and we've had numerous compliments from neighbors. Next year we're doing the inside of the house, I'm going to get on their schedule. Wouldn't have anyone else complete the work."

"Sales rep Amanda was very thorough and professional and followed up as windows and doors were being installed. The install foreman Andy was detail oriented and was aware of what other installers were doing. When we were told someone would call us, they did. This was very important to us as we have dealt with companies that we are still waiting to be called. From start to finish we are pleased with the company and the product."

"Adam was great to work with. Advised us on the best product/solution for our needs. Was very timely on all communications; delivery and installation were as scheduled and with no issues. Installers great. Def recommend!"

"This was the best home improvement purchase and installation in my 27 years of owning my house. That may seem excessive, but it's true. Adriano who both sold the flooring and supervised the installation team from Seven Golden Floors, Was straightforward with his delivery promises and accurate with his price estimates. The flooring from The Noble Floors was priced well below other brick and mortar stores and equal to the best prices online. Also, while an online store delivered through FedEx and left a box of flooring on the front porch, the installation team brought their flooring over themselves and into the living room - a great relief to me. The installation was perfectly done requiring repair and installation of some baseboards as well as other tricky parts. There's a good reason these people are so highly rated here."

"We ordered the doors from the company he suggested. Once the doors came in, Larry did not have a vehicle to transport them to our house. He also gave the wrong information to the dealer and had to return a door. Had some difficulty with project"

"Needed my front door replaced. My requirements were inexpensive and quick -- Lamont at 2nd2None provided both. He picked up the door from the store, showed up when he said he would, replaced the door, and moved the knob and lock from the old to the new. He was always responsive to calls or texts. Work was done quickly and adequately. He even hauled off the old door for me."
