"We discover a leak in our main water line. With Richard Kashi's recommendation, we used a leak detection service to avoid digging in multiple locations. They found we had at least two leaks in the line. Richard and the leak detection pro recommended replacing the entire line since two leaks meant a serious problem. The line had been replaced about 12 years before, but they cut corners leading to our problem. The line replacement team was amazing. They ran a new, parallel line into the house above the previous leak. They also were able to tell me why we were having problems with the leak and through our wall from the old line. The difference in quality between the two was quite clear. They installed elbow joints instead of bending the copper, rerouted our pressure regulator in front of all other outlets (another mistake, wrapped the copper line with heavy tape before running it through the line so the wall wouldn't rub, and then pressure sealed the wall from both sides. I wish I had used them the first time."

"Shane kept me informed about what was going on and what he had to do in replacing pipes and clearing drains in my home. He was very professional and worked diligently to ensure my bathroom toilets! And shower were working."

"I purchased a maintenance package from to service my aging unit twice a year.  I am very satisfied.  They performed a very thorough evaluation and pointed out some issues where my units had been way "over serviced" by my home warranty company.  Everything that they mentioned was right in line with all the repairs that I had in the last two years. The technician had some concerns about a few things, and set up another appointment to have a senior technician come out and take a second look.  I really appreciate their thorough overview and recommendations.

"AAA was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and honest. We met with a few companies but felt we were in the best hands with AAA. They were the only company to suggest the daylight gravity drain vs. sump pump - and after much research we knew it really was the best option for our situation. They were on time, the owner made sure the work was A+, and they made sure we were happy with the progress the entire way through. Great experience with AAA. Our basement is now completely dry and the dirty moisture smell is finally gone!

"Repairs went very well.  They got started on the job immediately, finished quicker than expected, and cleaned up as if they were never here.  Will definitely use again.

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
