"We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries. "A-maze-ing. These guys were GREAT - I won't be calling anyone else in the future. First, they spoke to the woman in the house exactly as they did to the man - no dumbing it down for the ladies. Physically showed me what was going on and explained it well so I understood what was needed and why. They let me know which repairs needed to be done immediately and which could wait - no hard upsell at any point. They set reasonable expectations for what improvement I could expect with each step. Polite, friendly and helpful, showed up well within the estimated window. Before each visit I got a text with the name and picture of the tech who was on their way and a phone call from them to confirm. In 5 visits I worked with only 2 point people, meaning they weren't having to start from zero every time someone walked in. They charge by the job, not the hour, meaning the work was done quickly, but with quality. I had someone I know take a look at the work and they said everything looked very well-done. After each step they followed up with me by phone to find out if I wanted/needed anything else. In short, I had a shockingly great experience with them and can't recommend them highly enough."

"The service was good. They came out pretty quickly after I purchased the Big Deal. I think they had to order the part and then, they came out. They were very good. Mike, the owner, was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I have no complaints. There were no additional charges to the $74 Big Deal cost. Actually, he is doing the same thing again. It just started a week or so ago, but I do not think it was anything he did or did not do. I think it is in the model probably. He is a small businessman, really on the ball, and really cares about what he is doing. Those are the things that stand out. That is rare nowadays. His prices were fair."

"Sunshine came out to install a new GFI outlet in our powder room. We initially thought we would have to make some serious sheet rock repair but the electrician came in, appraised the situation and found a way to make it work with no repairs necessary.  He was quick, clean and gave us a detailed rundown of the job while in progress and before.   We also had them quote some additional fan box installations that weren't put in when our house was built and we plan to have them back soon to do that work too!

"super helpful information came out of the energy evaluation an helped us make a number of decisions of work or upgrades we had considered.  In some areas we chose not to do additional work and in other areas we did.  We also had them blow in additional insulation in the attic and upgrade some canned lights so they would not 'leak' hot/cold air from the house into the attic.  Team was prompt, professional, clean and explained what they were and were not doing.  Gil game back the next day and reviewed the work that had been done and reevaluated the energy efficiency of the house.  Would definitely recommend them.
