"I was told by a friend about Maine’s Best Water after they too had a positive experience. Brad was very quick to call me (same day) and was able to stop for a quote the same day. He was very friendly, informative and professional. He did the visit and estimate and made a plan for installation immediately. On day of installation he was great to confirm with me and communicate arrival. His team worked rather quickly and then took time to walk me through what was installed and how the system worked. He gave me info on some household cleaners to use to clean up the iron stains that were present before the new system was installed and referenced some local stores for material purchases. He said I can reach out anytime with questions and said they would be back in a year to service. The installation was very clean. I 100% recommend for water system service, upgrades etc. "

I was told the repair would be $1,500. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed because I needed heat. The repair was completed, I paid $1,524.90, and the technician left. I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

The process began about three months ago with Jesse, a Certified Water Specialist, who thoroughly tested our water and designed a comprehensive system. He was patient, informative, and never pushy while I took time to decide. Installation was completed this past Monday and included sediment filtration, a water softener, radon and PFAS removal, and reverse osmosis to our drinking water and refrigerator ice maker. Patrick, the senior technician, and his assistant Ronald were professional, knowledgeable, and did a very clean, well-organized basement install. Patrick took the time to explain how the system works and what maintenance is required. Christine in the office was friendly and extremely helpful with payment and organizing all documentation needed for state reimbursement related to the PFAS system.
