"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Kudos was very punctual,polite and professional and quite knowledgeable.Best of all he was a very "down to earth" friendly repairman and even explained things as he conducted his repair job.He had tyo order my 'hard to locate and get part for my old A/C unit, and upon returning back to my home to replace and repair the A/C unit, he even brought my pet Chocolate Lab a couple doggie treats.Now that's going out of your way to providing good ,"friendly" service. I highly recommend him.He got the "ol SEARS A/C unit running good again.I didn't even think he would even be able to locate the parts, but he came thru and did a very good job.
