"I sent a message to the company in the late evening regarding my broken central AC and Jason was here Tuesday morning to look at it. He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. Took him two hours and our AC was working. He was nice and professional. We felt the price was reasonable. Would use him again and recommend his business."

"This is the second time we have used Bill. On both occasions, Bill was friendly, professional, since my son and I aren't really plumbing friendly, he was very thorough when explaining everything he was doing. Bill gave us different cost-efficient options, told us which he thought would be the best way to go. If you are looking for a plumber who knows what he is doing and is also trying to help the customer save money as well, Pipe Doctor Plumbing is the way to go. After our experiences with Bill, how honest and knowledgeable he is, and how once his work is complete, we have NEVER had to call him back to fix something he had already fixed, I do not think I would ever be comfortable with trusting another plumber after Bill. I have had my own home for many, many years and have dealt with many contractors, electricians, and plumbers and I have never felt comfortable like I do with Pipe Doctor and listen to his advice.
