"Southern Air Mechanical upgraded my AC unit and has actually saved me money on my monthly electric bill. They were quick, efficient and above all else professional. I felt like my family’s heating and AC needs were a top priority to them. I have been shouting their praises to anyone that will listen. Five stars from me!"

"I received quick and friendly scheduling over the phone with David when calling about my issue. I was able to schedule my AC service same day. My service/repair person, Gael, is always super friendly and informative. I never felt pressured into making supplemental or upgraded purchases. The company's rates have been in-line with expectations found on line. I've been very satisfied with and grateful for Dr. Air & Heat's wonderful service! I've had a great experience both times I've had my AC go out; I'll be calling Dr. Air & Heat first."

"The mechanic was so friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn t pushy or trying to up sale. I will use his service again and will recommend his services to my friends and family."

"Very professional and were able to replace my old AC unit with an efficient two stage Heat Pump System within a day and at an excellent price. I highly recommend Enoch Electric, Water & Air."

"These guys seemed fine for the furnace checkup. Their quote for some duct cleaning seemed really high however and they call me way too much to try to schedule follow up service."

"Manny was right on time, professional and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. He made the repairs quickly, and was very efficient. I will definitely call Manny for any future AC service."

"We had to have a new hvac system installed. 05/22 We bought a Daikin system. We also had a duct cleaning performed, an air scrubber installed, & a new damper system put in. We also signed up for the quarterly service. 06/23 During quarterly maintenance, tech informs us of poor air quality and tells us we need a duct cleaning. I said we just had one done a year ago. The next day Chad (service manager) comes out and looks at it and says the tech had faulty equipment. 08/23 The discharge thermistors were faulty, the fuses tested weak, and the compressor was bad. There was an issue with how the system was installed. They replaced the parts all under warranty. It took around two weeks. They provided 2 window units at no charge. 06/24 Upstairs was not cooling, tech came out and the damper needs replaced, it was under warranty & was replaced the next day. The techs that come out have all been very polite, respectful, and efficient. They will charge a service fee anytime they come out for anything, even if itâ s under warranty. The manager Phillip came out and spoke with me personally about some of the issues I had. Honestly an HVAC system in Texas is going to be a pain in the butt. Overall Minuteman is one of the best HVAC companies around to help you deal with that."

"Heating & Air Paramedics came out same day and had my AC back up and running within an hour. The tech was professional, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need as a woman I truly appreciated that! Highly recommend to anyone in the DFW area"

"They did a great job. The owner came to the house and gave a great price. They came out the next day and got it done in one day. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I would hire them again."

"Good service a little pricey"
