"Chester made all the arrangements, though we did some shopping around ourselves beforehand. He told us which granite supplier/installer (of those we had already visited) he preferred , and why he felt that particular supplier/installer was his preference. He also pointed us toward his preferred tile shop ... having used Chester previously for another project, we trusted his judgment on this. He met us at both the tile shop and the storage yard of the counter top supplier to not only help us pick out what we wanted (granite design, and tile color/pattern), but also arranged for the consultant at the tile supply shop to meet with us at the same time. He also pointed us toward a plumbing supplier for our sink ... again, one of those suppliers whom we had already visited as part of our preliminary research during the earliest phase of our decision-making process to undertake this countertop re-do project. Once we selected all of our primary components (granite slab, tiles, sink + faucet), a start date was set, along with an expected finish-by date. Demolition took less than 1 day. Somewhere along the 2nd or 3rd expected day of work, a day (or part of a day) was lost (can't remember why) - but that did not impact the completion of the project. I had two concerns going into the project. One was whether the existing cabinet frame would support a new, much heavier counter top. The original counter top was a laminate ... probably not 1/10 the weight of a granite top. Chester said that he would have additional structural supports installed to help with that added weight. The other concern I had was about the sink we wanted to use ... the manufacturer's specs for the size of cabinet opening we would need for the sink to fit, indicated that we would not be able to use the sink we wanted, and would have to get a smaller one, which in this case would be significantly smaller if we wanted to stay with the same sink material (granite composite). Chester was quite certain that the sink (we wanted as our first choice) would fit, even if it meant a little shimming here or there. When it came time to install the sink, it dropped right into place without any adjustments needed, as Chester had felt it would ... another example of his judgment being correct. In the end, the final cost was a bit more than what we expected, but everything looked great, Chester was always available - just a phone call away, if needed; the job was done in a professional manner, and clean-up every day left the adjacent areas of the house completely livable."

"Get It Done's crew was great! They came in and replace 9 windows and 2 doors in a day! Cj was very knowledgeable when he came to quote me and measure for the replacements. Their crew was very respectfully of my home and myself. I will absolutely use Get It Done in the future of all my exterior repairs and upgrades."

"Southern Leisure Builders installed our sun room in the summer Spring of 2018. This particular year there were many days of rain, and as you may recall, Hurricane Florence inundated us with her presence. This caused our project to be quite delayed. But Southern Leisure persevered and they finally completed it at the end of summer, not too far after Florence arrived. Our sunroom survived, but it did flood. As a result, Southern Leisure had to come out and drill some weep holes under the windows to prevent this. Not sure if this was a design flaw or install flaw.  Fast forward to March 2020. I accidentally shot a rock from my lawn tractor and it struck one of the hurricane proof windows, the fixed pane. The entire unit had to be replaced. This occurred while North Carolina was in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and the state was shut down. I called Southern Builders and left a voice message. Within 5 minutes, someone called me and assured me they would place the order for the replacement but could not install until construction workers were allowed to work again. I am happy to report the work was completed on June 26, 2020. They did such a good job putting everything back that my wife still has not realized the window has already been replaced. Aside from Mother Nature and scheduling delays, you should be pleased with their work. My wife and I enjoy using our sun room all year long."

"Charlie did a great Job.  I had to do everything via phone and Email as I work overseas and my wife was out of state.  Windows looked fantastic and so did the french door install.  Had one concern about the french door being hard to close, but Charlie came back and assured me that everything was correct and air tight and to call if any concerns arose.  Price was Fair for the windows, but a little steep for the wall removal in my opinion, but I'm not in the business so they should know.  All said, Work was great and house was clean when I got back.  They did an excellent job.

"We had some initial communication issues but they worked itself out.  The area was a small space that turned out to be a bit more difficult than expected such as the sink be installed poorly by a previous contracter but Chris was very professional and did a wonderful job.  He fixed the sink so it was installed properly.  He pays great attention to detail and does the job right.  I also used them to re-do my flat roof in the late Spring.  They got the job done right away and for a reasonable a good price.

"Kevin Goodwin went beyond his responsibilities of what he had to do. He was very kind man. He is a very decent and hardworking human being. He repaired an issue that another service provider caused. I cannot say enough good things about this man and company. I would highly recommend them!"

"Fantastic! Yopp was on time and under budget. They showed up promptly and completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. I will never paint a room myself again. These folks are too good at their jobs for me to try my amateur hand at painting and repair. Well worth their fee for an exceptional end product."
