"Everything was great except they broke the exterior dryer vent cover. They said they would return and replace it. They never did. It never should have happened in the first place. A true professional would have removed the cover when cleaning to eliminate the possibility of damage."

"It was okay. The man who performed the service was very nice; he explained his process really well. My couches look fantastic. I'm very pleased with those. I was also pleased with the price of the services; however, I would I gladly paid more if it meant I would've gotten everything I wanted. 
The thing I'm not pleased with is the fact that none of my furniture was moved, so if I want to move my furniture (and I just moved in a month ago and not everything is exactly where I want it), there will be dirty carpet underneath the furniture. I've never had a carpet cleaner who did not move furniture, so it was my anticipation that that would be done. Maybe that was my mistaken assumption. 
I also came down and said "Oh, I should have asked you to do the stairs as well. Why would I have you do everything and not the stairs!" I was very polite and was blaming the mistake on myself. I fully expected him to say, "No problem. I will do them right now." Or maybe offer to come back another day and do them. Instead his response was a shrug and "Next time," and that was that. Other companies I have used through Angie's list have been really gracious and eager to please their customers, so they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I even purchased an additional services through ADR (the carpet cleaning), so I would have thought he would have wanted to add on another. I was more than willing to pay for it and was not looking for a hand out by any means. I was just disappointed and have had great experiences with the vendors I use through Angie's List and I would have thought that he would have been willing to add on 10 stairs for me--again, not for free. I would have paid. To be honest, there will not be a next time with ADR. 
I also did not like their lack of professionalism on the phone. It seemed like I was just talking to a guy on his cell phone instead of talking to someone who wants my business. They scheduled my appointment from what I heard as 12-2pm. Apparently they meant they would show up between 12 and 2. They did not confirm my appointment, so at 12:30 when they had not arrived, I called and asked and was told "It was between 12 and 2. Not 12 until 2." Oh... Okay. That was not communicated well at all. 
If you want a very basic, "only the carpet you see" cleaning, I would recommend ADR. The carpet I can see look and smells very good. However, if you want quality communication and full carpet cleaning, I wouldn't recommend them.
