"Five yrs of living in this house, using a different company each yr for my HVAC annual service and each year no one could reduce the noise from my AC fan in the backyard or better say no one acknowledged that the noise level us just too high. So, we grew accustomed to it over the years and thought of the noise as a negative externality or as the price to pay to have a livable space during those hot summer days. "A very professional, knowledgeable and personable Service Advisor arrived at the prearranged time. He called about an hour before to let us know that he was on schedule. He presented the findings, almost exactly how the Maintenance Technician explained them, and went into more depth about the ramifications of the issues found. After initially discussing the issues, he performed a test of the system, which confirmed the findings. I was present during both the Maintenance visit and this visit and both walked me through the issues in understandable, professional detail. He then presented what could be done...starting with repairs. After reviewing the repairs and costs, we then moved on to replacement costs. We are absolutely impressed with this Service Advisor and continue (for the last 20 years) to be impressed by this Company."

The cheaper AC unit that came with the house had major coil leaks and needed to be replaced which he did a few days later when he returned with new upgraded York AC unit. Great experience with this company and highly recommend. Especially happy with the speed of service and repair since other companies were telling me it would be 2 to 3 weeks just to come out to diag. I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home.
