""Thermostat Repair" doesn't describe the service we needed. We have a large dehumidifier that needed significant maintenance and Rob got it all done in one trip. I would certainly recommend him. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional."

"A very professional, knowledgeable and personable Service Advisor arrived at the prearranged time. He called about an hour before to let us know that he was on schedule. He presented the findings, almost exactly how the Maintenance Technician explained them, and went into more depth about the ramifications of the issues found. After initially discussing the issues, he performed a test of the system, which confirmed the findings. I was present during both the Maintenance visit and this visit and both walked me through the issues in understandable, professional detail. He then presented what could be done...starting with repairs. After reviewing the repairs and costs, we then moved on to replacement costs. We are absolutely impressed with this Service Advisor and continue (for the last 20 years) to be impressed by this Company."

"They are willing to repair the service items in our Furnace as opposed to "Upselling" us to a new furnace. Tech was great and gave us some shorcuts in operating our Thermostat. This is the company we will call for all our service needs on our furnace!"

"Great customer service and great repair technician. Plumbing is expensive but we feel we got a quality repair that was not really an easy job.."

"Good communication with the company. All work was explained. Senior discount was given. Service call was included in the price which was a fair one. Excellent COVID-19 safety precautions used at all times. Highly recommend."

"Great same day service and quick professional repair, but think the price for a 25 min. job was excessive."

"They are absolutely freaking awesome! They came back after I had missed him in the morning with no problem and no additional fee. They found the problem quickly solved it quickly and charged me hardly nothing for the service it was absolutely perfect I paid $100 for everything that they did! And the service guy was on top of it and very very polite they are now my one and only furnace service company"

"We looked at replacing our furnace in a home we just purchased. Brian came out and provided quote and options to cover what we were looking for. There was never any pressure or up-selling. We selected NW Superior based on their professionalism and follow up conversations. The install was top notch and their crew was open, communicative, professional and clean. Every step of the process was worth the cost. I have recommended their group to others I know looking for service."

"Very straight forward. Got to work immediately. Polite and very COVID aware, Repair completed in approximately 2hours."
