"Upon our arrival for the winter season, discovered that our air conditioning was not working properly. Called Certified Heating and Cooling, was very surprised on the quick service reply. Their technician Derrik was very prompt in diagnosing the problem and gave us various options for the repair. We were very pleased with his expertise and knowledge on our problem. He is a credit to the company!!!"

"If anyone is considering using another company. DON'T. I called Conditioned Air, the following day the guy tells me all my duct work I'd bad and needed to be changed, he also told me my existing a/c was oversized and his quoted price was for a smaller unit. 3 days to do the job price $13000. My next call was to Comfort Air. The following day the guy tells me that the mixing boxes are to small and need to be replaced, he never mentioned going to a smaller unit but tells me the fan on my air handler is cavitating. Are we talking about a boat? 2 days to do the job. Price $ 10500. Called American mechanical I spoke to Kenny he had the warehouse manager Marshall arrange for Jerry the appraiser to be at my house same day, 2 hours later Jerry arrived looked at what had to be done. He said ductwork was fine, mixing boxes were fine and let's just say we had a good laugh about the fan cavitating. Price thousands less than both of the other idiots. Doug and Mike the installers were great, explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions, left my garage cleaner that it was. They installed my A/C as if they were working on their own house. They had to trim bushes to install my condenser they trimmed and cleaned up better than my landscapers . From start to finish the job was done first class. I don't usually write reviews but American mechanical deserves 10 stars. Being disabled I appreciate knowing that the job was done by honest people who were not looking to take advantage of me. Thank you all!!!"

"LG front load washing machine stopped working after trying to wash large area rug with "rubber" non-skid backing (DON'T do this. I tried to clean out drain, but the clog was too far back and too big for me to dislodge. Looked at appliance repair suggestions on Angie's List - Coldappliance was one of the first listed with all A ratings. Read some of the reivews and the 2nd review was from someone who had a similar problem with GE front load machine. Call Coldappliance and explained my problem and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Alan called that morning and asked if we could reschedue our appointment due t a medical issue and offered a discount on his service charge as compensation for rescheduling. When he arrived for the appointment knew exactly what was wrong, cleared the clog and made a couple of suggestions as to how to prevent some of the problems that sometimes occur with these machines due to soap residue and hard water build-up. The only charge was the discounted service call charge. Quite fair for what he did, especially when you consider what other servcie types charge simply to come to your home. Would definity recommend him and use him again when needed.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I've gone with other companies and just got sold things I didn't need and got service I wouldn't wish on anyone. Everyone at Bowen from the owner Ken Sr., to his son Kenny Jr, and Derrick, and Jose, and Holly, and the rest of the team, will make you feel like one of the family. They will give you honest and smart advice about how to handle all of your AC needs. And during the service calls, you don't have to worry about them exaggerating your issues and recommending repairs that aren't needed. I won't make the mistake of calling any other company again."

"I had a lot of dust coming through my air duct vents so I called DSL fresh air and I explained the problem they was very professional from the first conversation over the phone and we schedule consultation meeting. Dean came and he was very professional and explain me the issue I was really impressed by him and I decide to do the job with him and DSL fresh air right away they fixed my issue in no time they cleaned and protect my house. I am very satisfied with them and I would recommend for everyone to work with them."

"It went very well, they got the part under warranty still. Fixed it very quick and at a reasonable price. About 5 days later it seemed the freon was a little undercharged, they came and fixed it within the hour to add more at no charge. Good and nice service guys and from my experience good company."
