"Arrived on time for initial diagnostics. I have used this company in the past and as usual they are responsive and prompt. They diagnosed the problem then gave me several options to repair or replace. They did not push a replace option although that is the option I chose. The owner was the first technician to arrive and diagnose and he went above and beyond to get the new unit in and bring in a crew to install next day on a Saturday. Had my A/C up and running in 24 hrs. They answered all my questions and left the area cleaner than when they had arrived. This company is not the cheapest around but then who wants cheap when you can pay a fair price for excellent service. Highly recommend .

"Hiring Robinson Mechanical is one of the best decisions I ever made as a homeowner (and I am 53). Dave Robinson is skilled, thoughtful about all aspects of the job, knowledgeable, kind and service oriented. His team is too, and they did a great job. The office is also responsive, communicative and service oriented. Robinson Mechanical installed a complete 2 zone AC system in our Ventnor home. We have radiator heat and were using window units to cool the house in the summer. This job involved installing the duct work, floor vents, ceiling vents, returns, 2 air handlers, 2 compressors, 2 smart thermostats. I am so happy. I can't wait for summer. Robinson Mechanical also did plumbing work for us. They removed and replaced our waste water line from the second floor to the basement, they cleaned out our hot water heater and replaced old cast iron water lines. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing or HVAC needs that you have. I am so grateful for the thought and care that Dave and his team puts into their work. "They accidentally overcharged me by a $114, in which I had to call them to get my refund. I felt the price was a little steep being that they did not actually have to repair anything. When they came to my home they found that there was a little piece of plastic stopping the shut off valve (for the toilet) from completely closing. This was a 5 minute diagnosis repair that cost over $240. I do not mean to complain ,but is this the average cost for something like this? The technician himself was extremely professional and pleasant, and the service was great overall."
