When I first submitted my request for service, I was a little hesitant because our a/c was not working at all, it was going to be 100 degrees that day and I the earliest I could choose my appointment was the following day.  Within two hours of submitting my request the receptionist called me and put me in direct contact with the repair man so I could explain the problem to him.  Once I explained the problem to him, he stated he would not be able to respond to my house but would make sure somebody could respond.  About two hours after talking to the repair man, someone was at my front door ready to look at my a/c.  He was extremely courteous and professional.  He diagnosed my problem within minutes of being there and showed me the parts that were broken and took his time to answer any questions we had.  When he came inside, he even wore covers over his shoes, to male sure he didn't make our floor dirty.  Overall I was extremely impressed with this company and will be using them for any and all of my repairs.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. "We received the phone number of this company from a friend that hired them and he was able to reduce his utilities bills by doing an efficiency audit that includes covering all the openings at the house (windows, HVAC, Doors etc.?.) and then with a machine, running the test and to see from where the house is losing most of the energy and to perform a repair that will prevent that in the future. Ezra and his team of workers came to perform the test and to see what need to be repaired or improved. The audit took close to 5 hours and then the machine that they used worked for additional 2 plus hours. After that was completed, we saw clearly that the problem was the windows and the HVAC. Ezra recommended us to perform a repair to both of them and then to run the test again. After the workers of them finished the repair, Ezra came once again and did the test. He was pleased with the results and so as we. During all the work, we saw how it was before and how it was after. We do recommend this company for that type of work! They are professional and honest people to hire and they carry all the relevant licenses as well."

"Joshua is a rare breed, a handyman that is not only handy but seems to actually take pride in his work AND cares about his customers.  Every time I text Joshua with a problem he gets back to me within a 30 minutes, always with a positive attitude and a choice of how you want your project done (quick fix or real fix).  He explains everything carefully and asks if you understand or if you have questions.  Best part you get all this and very resonable prices, he expresses the fact that he cares that his customers are not overcharged, another reviewer mentioned character, I think in goes farther...Joshua has integrity, so rare to find in a serviceperson these days.
When my fence came down during our recent wind events, Joshua offered to come over in major winds a do a patch job until he could do the all day real fix the following week.  When he came over to fix my fence he knew I was having trouble getting my neighboor to pay her portion, so he worked with me to keep the cost down without compromising the quility of the job.  I was very impressed with his skill and attention to detail, even during the clean-up.  Will I use Jpshua. Brown for future projects...ABSOLUTLY!

"After purchasing a Big Deal, I played phone tag trying to get an appointment.  Then I let the coupon sit until it almost expired.  I was able to get in touch and schedule an appointment immediately.  The crew arrived on timely and was very polite and professional.  While I have 2 a/c units, we chose to only do one (the second was not included on the coupon).  I got a lot of good advice about a/c filters and our ductwork.  I was told there was some mold (this is Houston) but that it could not be cleaned without a special appointment.  All the dust/dirt was cleaned. We discussed the pros/cons of replacing the ductwork as it is old.  This is something we have been in discussions with our regular a/c service provider about.  When it came to the dryer vent - the reason is was so dirty is that there was a gaping hole.  The service rep carefully explained what I needed to replace it, sent my son out to purchase it at Home Depot, then waited for his return to install the new one. 
I was happy that they asked about pets.  I have a 17 year old dog who still likes to escape and everyone was mindful of her silently slipping towards the open front door.
