"We had a little issue - did not ask a lot of questions or do a visual inspection before snaking our shower drain - turns out we should not have done that due to this drum trap we had. Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. I explained to Bob that we where remodeling our kitchen and wanted to have a pot filler installed asap as sheet rock was being installed in the morning and the pipe needed to be in place so they could sheet rock around it. He and Joey arrived at 7:30am and promptly installed the water line and pipe from the basement to 1st floor finishing the job as contractor arrived to start sheet rock. "A whole team of people came from Dutch Oil to remove my old boiler and install the new one. I expected it to take the whole day, but they were finished and the unit tested by mid-day. All of the new plumbing was installed in a clean and organized fashion, and they were happy to answer all the questions I threw at them. They took the time to make sure the hot water temperature was set just right, and cleaned up the area before leaving. Since the boiler was installed, the burner began leaking oil, and they responded immediately and replaced the burner the same day.
