"The service from Alliance Service Pros was fantastic! Tom Kensinger was my service pro and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. The flower bed in front of my house next to the foudation was very soggy and water was coming through the foundation into my house; assumed a water or sewer leak. Chalres from Alliance pros investigated the situation, throughouly examined the situation, checked all township/state codes and then provided a compeitive quote. Two days later Tom was onsite for the repair, it was around 90-95 degrees. He hand dug 6 ft of earth to uncover a broken water line in the foundation. Tom overcame serveral challenges with main water line shutoff not working, significant flooding while digging to get the job down. He also brought a change of clothes, before coming into the house to not muddy up my house/basement. He repaired the waterline outside and through the house and then sealed the water line and the sewer line in the foundation in and out. He took care on digging to separate the mulch and dirt, so upon refilling the hole he could leave it as he left. Lastly, he hosed down all areas of my porch, driveway and sidewalk. Basically looked liked it was never touched. He worked 12 hours and promised to not leave until we had water that night. I have never seen this dedication from a trade professional before and my long review is a return in kind for the level of work he showed my family. They will be my go to plumbing professionals from now on."

"It went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. He took the time to call the office about the cost of replacing my hot water heater and gave me a quote good for 6 months. Eric was very knowledgeable, welcomed my questions and he really impressed me. I had been looking for a trustworthy service and I feel I have found that in Arctic Air. "Suggested that I needed a new furnace (because of the age). I don't remember any suggestions to having my chimney checked for any blockages( of which I have now learned later could be the source of my problem) before purchasing a new gas furnace). He did not spend any time talking about what furnaces they sell or installation prices - which was good because I did not feel any pressure to purchase anything). On hindsight, I wished that he had pulled out the burner and checked for any dirty ports, etc. (which the utility company used to do whenever I needed service) as part of the diagnostic labor.) He did spend the time allotted as per the Angie's list deal. I did request an estimate for a new gas furnace of which he provided 2 days later. I must say their response time was excellent - After I paid for the Angie's list deal (on a Saturday-12/10/16), their company called me no more than 15 mins later plus I was able to get an appointment on that Monday (12/12/16)!! The tech/salesperson was polite and professional."

"Everything went as expected and service was great!  
We moved into an old townhouse a year ago and had been wanting to have the air ducts cleaned.  However, due to other urgent projects we had to postpone it until March 8 this year.  I'd been looking forward to having Joel and his team come and do the job because of all the good reviews and they sure did not disappoint!  I have to say they are by far the best contractor we've had since we moved into this place (and we've had quite a number of contractors!).  
First of all, Joel is the nicest person I've ever met.  He is just such a warm person, responsive, attentive, polite and explains everything to you. 
Second, he is the most hard-working person and just has a passion in what he is doing.  They came to the house around 7am and worked until 4pm non-stop.  Most service providers only spend a couple of hours on a project like this but they spent almost the whole day.  They definitely do not cut corners and did a really thorough job at cleaning all the ducts.  At the end of the day, I felt I could breathe again.  The whole house felt thoroughly cleansed.  Joel showed us the video of the vacccuming and we could not believe how much dust had accumulated!  
We would definitely use them again!
