"I highly recommend Comfort Central. Owner Kevin Schumann and his co-workers, Jay and Thomas, did an outstanding job installing the new HVAC system at our house. Over a four-day period, they set up in our crawl space a furnace/AC unit, a new plenum box, pipes for venting, and a dehumidifier with its own elaborate duct and water-removal system that will help keep our huge crawl space dry. They also put in a new heat pump in the backyard and a thermostat in the house. I was so impressed by the people and the work they did. Kevin and Jay are remarkably knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to HVAC issues. Thomas did a very good job with the aspects of the project that he handled. Every installation presents its own challenges, and one of the best things about Kevin and Jay is their ability to improvise as the project moves along. They considered different options when deciding on the size of the new system, where vents should go, how the duct system should be repaired and improved, the placement and venting of the dehumidifier, and many other things. They always kept the code requirements in mind. They were on time, friendly, communicative, and always considerate about how their work affected us while we were in the house. Kevin, Jay, and Thomas were also terrific when it came to answering my many questions. Kevin’s wife Laurie, who manages the office, responded quickly to my e-mails and helped with scheduling. HVAC projects can be expensive and complicated, and we wanted the right company to handle ours. We learned about Comfort Central from our home health specialist who had worked with Kevin in the past and had received very positive comments about his team from customers. I can recommend Kevin and the Comfort Central crew without reservation."

CALL DAD HVAC called me right away and said they could come out that afternoon but due to my schedule had to wait until the next morning. Daniel arrived here promptly and worked all day until all the work was completed to my satisfaction and approval. I was so pleased with the work I decided to sign up for a year's contract with them which was very reasonably priced. If someone needs any HVAC services/repairs I highly recommend CALL DAD!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Mike's quoted 3 systems; the multi-zone Mitsubishi hyper-heat system was about twice the cost of the Trane single-zone std. heatpump. The quote from a 2nd HVAC installer for a standard Carrier single-zone heatpump system was only $1000 less than Mike's Mitsubishi system. I wasn't originally considering the Mitsubishi because of the cost but the Carrier-system quote changed my mind. It took two days to complete. The installers were efficient, professional and amiable. They did a good job and took the time they needed to install the equipment correctly and make it look good. The condensor unit was delivered to Mike's with a dent; they gave me the option of a price break or getting another unit shipped next-day. The Mitsubishi system they installed operates much differently from the 13 year old standard-heatpump-system it replaces; before they left, the technician took the time to explain what to expect regarding the system's operation and encouraged me to contact Mike's if I had any questions or concerns."

"We had a leak in our basement. We called they were extremely courteous, and professional. They contacted us by mail with a packet of information about their service, provided a written confirmation of our appointment time, and the name, brief resume and picture of the person coming to our home. They followed up the week before to ensure we were still available. They were not only on time, but called us the morning of and said they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come earlier! Saved me time that day! After thoroughly inspecting the problem areas, they informed us due to an inadequate gutter system and inadequate drainage in the area of the leak, if we fixed the gutter and drainage as they recommend, it might resolve the problem, if not to call them and they will come back, but to try that first. We will try what they recommend and hope that there are no reoccurrence of the problem. VERY honest!!! No charge for the inspection and estimate. Great company I would use or highly recommend."
