"This was a relatively small water heater repair, and Ryan did an outstanding job. He responded immediately to my request, provided a reasonable quote, was polite, professional, knowledgable, and friendly to deal with. Will definitely hire again if needed."

"Showed up at promised time with all they needed to replace the water heater and completed the work in under an hour. Not my usual experience with plumbers. Price was the lowest of three I contacted."

"I will keep this Whalen in my home directory as my go to for my plumbing and heating projects. They were so incredibly easy to work with. They came in ahead of schedule and got right to work. You would never know they were here except they left me with a bright shiny new water heater and fixtures. Both men were very professional and great to talk to. I will recommend Whalen to anyone that asks. I wish them the best!"

"The technician arrived later than expected but he explained that there was an emergency that morning and was courteous once he arrived. The tankless water heater was making intermittent noises and a descaling was done. I haven’t heard noises since so hopefully the water heater will last for many more years. The technician said typically lifespan is only 7-10 years which is shorter than the 20 year I have in mind."
