"I had an outstanding experience with The Hot Water People! They came out to fix my stand-up shower, and I couldn't have ask for better service. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The shower is working perfectly now, and they even took time to explain what went wrong and how they fixed it. "After smiths did the work on my home on mary nancy cv I had some issues with mlgw like maybe a permit was not originally ever pulled, the bathroom tap does not get hot or have much flow at all on the hotside after getting a new bathroom faucet and all new waterlines, the main water shutoff valve they did not use a handle extension for instead just cut out the entire wall and cabinet and only way to use is to reach inside of the wall behind the cabinet, the company has since then gone corporate and have raised the pricing as much as Conway or more "
