"The install of the equipment it self was done in 2 days and very well done, however there was an issue with getting power to the thermostat. To ARS’s credit they worked as fast as possible to resolve the issue at no additional charge and once the part was installed the system worked flawlessly. Even though it did take another 5 or so days to complete I appreciate that they did not let this slip through the cracks and stayed on it until the job was done.
