The unit is now working perfectly thanks to Steve's persistence. A bonus: Airco charged me for only a small portion of Steve's time from his initial visit. They ate the cost of his additional visits! These guys are golden.

"Tech came out, replaced this with a brand new section, and also added a piece of wood to help level the radiator. Work was performed via a home warranty service, so only fee paid was the deductible.
