"Great experience. Gary, the estimator showed up on time, evaluated the existing upstairs AC, and gave me two options to replace the evaporator coil and outside condenser with firm prices. Included in the estimates was also addition work I requested. All of the work was done the following Monday. The new unit is 2.0 SEER2 better than the old unit. Bradham Brothers included a new programmable thermostat with WiFi access. They also provided two new CO2 detectors. The county inspector was pleased with their work. All total, Bradham Brothers exceeded my expectations."

"I have been using the company for about 7-8 years. I recently had an issue with the heat pump. They were very responsive and came right out. I called them on a Sunday morning and they were out in about 40 minutes. He had to replace 2 parts but only charged me for one of the parts. He did not want to take a chance on having the other part fail down the road and for me to be charged again for that. They try to go the most cost effective route and will not price gauge.I know the owner personally and have known him for several years. He runs an excellent outfit. Being on their plan has really helped me out and gives me great service. They provide an excellent service and are very customer oriented. "We have searched for a good, reliable plumber for years and tried quite a few before finding E R a few years ago. We have used them for water heater replacement, water line repair, and most recently, replacing our main water line after our water bills shot out of sight. E R is not necessarily the least expensive, nor are the the highest, but they are extremely responsive, personable, professional and do quality work. I was very impressed when I submitted a request online on a Sunday, non emergency, and got a call back in a short time. That wasn't requested or needed, but very much appreciated. After they came out and determined the problem, I received a quote from Dave that night and prompt answers to questions via email. We've had the same plumber, Taylor, for most of our service and really like him. They did a quality job replacing my water line. U should have listened when they recommended replacing vs repair a few years ago and it would have save me some bucks. A few days after they left, I discovered my irrigation was off. The came back out the next day after I called and realized there was a connection problem and quickly rectified. I'm glad to have a trustworthy and reliable plumber and plan to continue using them in the future."

"The owner Mike was able to come into our house and diagnose a complex environment problem that was causing our heater to run continuously.  (This problem was not solved by several other HVAC contractors)  During Mike's analysis, he performed the standard maintenance routines to validate the HVAC unit was operating properly.  From there, he looked into what other conditions existed into the house that were causing the unit to not sufficiently heat the house.  After a thorough analysis, he was able to then install the home air quality devices onto our existing HVAC unit to dramatically improve our indoor air quality.  With these additional components, we have been able to control our indoor humidity and provide fresh air ventilation automatically.  All of this was set up on an internet capable control module so we can control the entire system from a smartphone.  As a result, the HVAC does not run continuously to heat the house, and now operates very efficiently.

 Mike has been incredibly responsive in the time that we have worked with him.  He has responded to calls, email, and texts very quickly.  His initial service call was on a Sunday afternoon and we have also completed a facetime conversation as part of the diagnosis.  After the initial installation, we had an issue with the equipment itself.  Mike quickly responded, worked with his supplier, and they resolved the issues through the product warranty in the matter of a day. Through the entire process, he has taken a lot of time to completely explain to me what was happening and provided detailed recommendations.  His level of customer service, responsiveness, and communication has been outstanding.
