"I spoke with the owner at 2:30 in the afternoon and he was here for an estimate at 5pm. We booked an appointment for a new furnace that day. We had problems with the old furnace and the owner worked on it, attempting to replicate the problem. A Tech was sent out the next morning (free of charge) to get us through until the new furnace was installed 6 days later. Everyone we dealt with was VERY knowledgeable, explained each step to us, were expedient and very thorough. Pricing was excellent. This company will be the only company we call for ANY HVAC work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

You won't find a better computer technician/computer builder than Jim Ferrell. I have been using his services for years and he has come to my rescue many times. When my computers crash, he helps me recover my data when no one else can. Recently he built me a computer specially designed for my needs and it works great. He got me better quality parts than they give you at places like Dell, and at really great prices. He has made house calls for me before and he has fixed my computer remotely via Internet access many times, which is very convenient. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. In today's world, you may feel like there is no one you can trust with your computer, your data, your personal financial info, or even your identity, but Jim is one person that you can indeed trust.

"Awesome! We have never felt more comfortable and satisfied hiring a contractor! Brian came out within a day or two to look over the project, and then within another few days had a written quote! This was a huge project, and they handled it like no one else could. We interviewed 3 other companies and hands down, chose Arctic Air. "The man who came to my house to describe the furnaces and help determine which one I wanted could not have been more wonderful. He was helpful and efficient. We had agreed on a week when the work would be done. The installers called and wanted to come a week earlier. I okayed it, but it wasn't the best day for me. They were nice and efficient. The new furnace appears to be exactly what I wanted. However, the new thermostat control was a different size and shape from the original one and they didn't patch the holes or repaint the edges--not a big deal but when I got a security system a few weeks ago, they did do all that finishing."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
