He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. "It went well from start to finish.  Initially, I took the car in just to get an estimate.  I was given a written estimate and was also verbally informed as to what  needed repairing and how the repairs would be done. I was also given a date of completion of all repairs. I did shop around for several additional estimates and they were priced the best. All work was performed to my expectation and they even went a step further and repaired a small dent on my car that was not apart of my written estimate.

Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!
