"I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) "It is hard to rate this category of work. I will say the price was excellent, the worker showed up on time, and he was very professional in every manner. But, his English was extremely limited, so we were unable to question him about the job. I couldn't understand if the job went well..couldn't look at the "before" and "after" pictures, so I truly have no idea if the vents were dirty and how well they are cleaned now. I am at the mercy of the company on whether the job was successful or not. I assume that it is. The language barrier was a real hindrance to the project. I did extensive review of the company and found fantastic reviews of their work, so I have to trust they did the same for us.
