"Daniel arrived on time. Started on installation of new system inside and outside. He was very attentive to details and made sure everything was done correctly. Daniel was polite and friendly. Great example for your company. The old unit was removed and area was left clean. Mark arranged the date and thoroughly discussed costs. "Robert was great! We had him install a mini-split unit in our Arizona room. He came over to analyze our needs and answered all of our questions. He sent an estimate with options soon after he left. He did the job 3 days later when we were available. He came on time and completed the work in about 6 hours as he had said. He left everything clean. He is friendly and easy to work with, no pressure. As an extra bonus, his cost was less than half of the estimate provided by the company that installed our main unit. We will be calling him back to do our annual HVAC checkup."
