"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. I highly recommend HARP. I switched my heating system to them as well after my experience with the AC i stall. Thank you HARP!"

"After getting a really late (several days) or no response from two other plumbers, I contacted Griswold plumbing after finding them here. Jeremy called me back immediately, listened to my concerns and scheduled me for two days later. The other plumber that actually returned my call needed a week after missing the first appointment. Jeremy showed up and identified the issues with my hot water and quoted me a very fair price for the amount of work he ended up having to do on my neglected plumbing. He was friendly, quick, honest, and professional. He had everything completed within a reasonable time and my hot water never worked so good.
