"At 1:00 AM on Christmas Eve, our hot water heater burst and pumped continually, spilling 1200 gallons of water in our basement. The water mitigation was handled so quickly and so well. I have no outside access to the basement, it was necessary for them to run a pump pipe from the truck through my foyer and into the basement. They put down strong, protective, plastic so this would protect my main-level floors. The basement family room floor was ruined by the flood. Preston drew up the renovation plans for both the finished AND unfinished parts of the basement and explained the repair process to me thoroughly. Both the plumbing and the repair workers did an excellent job. I had hot water for the holidays and I was hardly even inconvenienced. I was especially impressed with the flooring contractors who gave me excellent options for replacement flooring and worked around my time schedule with extreme flexibility. The new bamboo floor is so beautiful. Their services, especially that performed Clifton and Chris, turned a horrible experience into something our family is greatly enjoying.
