"Outstanding installation and good pricing for Carrier HVAC (Heat Pump) system replacement. Salesman was prompt and thorough, although he did not provide us any brochures, booklets, etc. Installer was courteous, experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Took the time to ensure system was thoroughly operational, confirmed electrical requirements and changed breakers accordingly, cleaned up all debris, and explained operation to us. However, since he was new to McCarthy's, he did not have any installation or service stickers or other company material. The sales representative had promised the following to us, included in sales/order form: one year free service, service information and schedule, copy of registration with Carrier. Three months later, we have not received any communication or follow up from McCarthy's -- despite our calling, texting and emailing the sales rep and office. This is our primary concern: the lack of follow up and poor responsiveness."

"I needed the splash guard replaced on my 2007 Honda Civic in a hurry because it was dragging on the ground. My boyfriend and I have been regular ABS Unlimited Auto Repair customers for about two years, so he called them on Columbus Day to see if they could squeeze me in. They said to come right in. When we went in, Tom took a look at it, called the Honda dealership and ordered the part. ABS had it installed by the afternoon. The service was great.
The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro. ABS professionally reattached the bumper at no charge...without even telling me! I continue to be delighted by their excellent service. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. He walked us through the available options and fully answered our questions which made the decision easier. He also worked to take advantage of manufacturer discounts and to arrange the installation. The day of the installation was pouring rain but the team worked around that without complaint or mess to our home and were finished by mid-afternoon."

"Ray came out (showing up on time) the day after I called for an appointment. He quickly saw that the pump had cracked thanks to some debris in the tank. He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away. He also set up the new pump in a way that it was elevated so it would be less likely to be impacted by debris in the future."

"Excellent in every way. Sunshine assigned a team of three installers who started on a Tuesday, also worked on Saturday, and completed all aspects of the installation by the following Wednesday. The quality of the work, including installation, responding to any questions we had along the way, and cleaning up the work areas at the end of each day helped make for an efficient and well -done project. The lead installer also replaced a front screen door on the final day of the project. In addition, the estimating process for the project was clear and easy to understand."

"The installer had a bit of an issue getting the basement unit to power up. He was ubale to solve it prior to leaving and I had no heat downstairs that night. The next workday, a tech showed up and was able to find the cut ground wire which he repaired and the unit fired right up. The installer inadvertantly cut the ground but was anable to diagnose and repair requiring a more experienced tech to do so."
