They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. "Our furnace would not turn off, so we first tried putting new batteries in our programmable thermostat. However, doing that did not fix the problem. Next, I called Parley’s PPM Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for some help. David, who answered the phone, was pleasant and helpful, and he made an appointment for us for the next day within the 8 am to 10 am time period. Meanwhile, we worked on reprogramming the thermostat, which was a bit tricky, but the furnace began working properly again. We thought we would have the Parley’s furnace specialist check our furnace anyway, just to make sure there were no other problems with it. Robert Winget, the furnace specialist, arrived within the proposed time frame and was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked out our furnace and found no problems with it and there was no charge for the service."
