"Chris was very profesional, punctual and kind when he repaired my dryer, he even had the part right in his truck. I also asked him to fix my dishwasher, so he came back with a new part he ordered. After an hour and a half Chris realized he wasn't going to be able to fix it properly and suggested to buy a new one instead, gave me tips about brands to look for and stores where delivery and installation are free. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"He came out within about 2 hrs of me calling, which was great. He cleaned everything, replace freon, and advised me on how to handle future problems. The best thing was he did not try to sell me a new unit. All of my HVAC equipment in my house is older, and anytime I have had anyone else over for any reason they always try and sell me on new furnace/AC etc. He did not. He was quick and professional and it was appreciated. I will definitely use and recommend him in the future.

"The installation for our furnace went very well. Roger was courteous and polite. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain all our options, and he gave his recommendations on what needed to be done. He even gave us some good tips on how to maintain our older A/C unit. We definitely will call him once this one gives out."

"Called them as A/C was not working. They came out and refreshed freon. that was $215 fee. Our A/C was old and we were advised that it may or may not last. We decided to get a new A/C as ours was 20 years old. They advised me of the different models that they work with and gave me a written estimate and let me choose. The.y also subtracted the cost of the freon from the installation cost of a new A/C. One thing that was very impressive was that they were very punctual and gave us estimated time to have work completed. We ran into many other vendors who could not seem to provide accurate information. My wife and I felt an immediate concern for our worries from Oscar. We felt our needs were met and was very happy with service provided. I appreciated the way we were treated. This is a small business that seems to go the extra mile for you."

Showed up as promised and was done within 3 hours. Only real difference was in how prices have inflated since 2014 (last time pump was replaced) $1400 vs $500 The pump accounted for over $1200 of that total. Oscar did a excellent job!"
