He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "He gave me the quote and stuck by it wven though he ran into additional problems he started when he said he would and didn’t leave until the job was done he didn’t want to leave here without me having no heat for one more night. I am a veteran and he gave me a military discount as well. He cleaned up everything when he was done. He was so professional about his job from start to finish and I recommend that you use his company for anything you need because he gets the job done right the first time and he stands by his quotes no up charging when he starts he stands by his quote from beginning to the very end. Here are some before and after pictures of the job he done for me and I tell you it was no easy job at all he was here for well over 9 hours making sure I was warm and had hot water. I will be saving money not only on my oil bill now but also my electric bill as well I use to have to put my thermostat on like 80 just to keep warm now I can set it on 65 and my whole house is warm"
