"Everyone from Presidential has been friendly and helpful -- great customer service! Glenn came to our home to discuss options to replace our furnace (fuel oil) and AC systems with a heat pump. He immediately understood that we were looking for a heat pump eligible for the new tax credits (unlike another company, who only provided estimates on what they had in stock). He prepared the estimates for 3 different models on site, and he noted that the heat pump eligible for the tax credit would cost about the same as an older model (unlike what the first company told us). We were able to schedule installation quickly, and then the adventures began. Harvey and Andre were here for 12+ hours...because a wire was either never connected at the factory or came loose during shipping. We also had to replace a defective line from our house to the unit. While it was a complicated install (not the fault of Presidential), we rec'd great service from hardworking staff members. Highly recommend!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"This is the first time i have ever had to do this and I think it went well. I used the coupon on angie's list that included sanitizing, there is another coupon on his website for 180$ but he said the angie's list coupon provides more service. He came out and cut three large holes in our duct work to get the equipment attached (because our duct work did not have holes in it already), when he was done he patched it up fine. It took him 2 hours to setup, go vent by vent to vacuum, and cleanup. He wore a mask while he worked, and did a pretty decent job cleaning up. I had a group of children in the house and he had to work around them but he managed. He recommended in addition to what he had done to get a mold treatment done or install a UV filter because I had white mold visible in part of the duct. Something we decided to wait on until further investigation."
