"I made the mistake of selecting this contractor when NYSERDA accepted me for the Empower program in September 2024. Corey assured me they could act quickly. The audit was completed quickly, but seven months later, they have not done any work. Corey is a great sales guy, but the problem seems to be a complete breakdown between sales and delivery. In January, I spoke with John, who delivers the services, and we had a plan to move forward; however, he has not submitted the necessary paperwork to NYSERDA. He has not returned my calls, and Corey is wringing his hands in frustration. I would advise against using this contractor; the business is poorly run and fails to keep its promises. "

"WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. I too am a busy person and scheduled phone calls with other customers as well as additional meetings when you gave me the agreement of 9:30am. "this place SUCKS Chase from king came to the house spent 15 min here telling me the whole time how amazing they are and dropping names and jobs they did .. told me 3 days ago ill have an estmate in 2 days, then calls me on day 3 to tell me ill have it at 6pm, then tells me ill call you on day 4 to go over it .. bro i dont need you to call me to go over it i need you to actually email and send it so i can review it then tells me how amazing they are and they stand for quality and service this clown does nothing but believe the garbage he spits... oh also called the office to get a follow up and they dont even know he was here to do an estimate, in fact 15 min after he left they called to sched an estimate.. this is a joke and circus of an organization .. bait and switch we need to talk to you before we give you a price .. what kind of BS is that .. stay away and stay far away from that clown chase."

"Signed a contract to replace half the roof for $5000 after assurance of no hidden cost and nominal cost for replacing some plywood. Due to rough weather the job was performed 3 weeks after signing. The roofer did not cover the roof with tarp and also spoke to Allstate who denied all my claims for damages. I was billed $1600 in addition to $5000. I have paid the $5000 but I deem the extra billing excessive. I was not informed of the cost for approval. I am willing to come to terms with the contractor and would like Angie’s list to review and work out a compromise. It also points to the level of service offered by the two contractors referred by your company. One bid for $2500 and precision roofing came in at $5000. I signed with Precision because of their assurances as an established company with a fixed cost. It has turned out not to be the case."

"I am extremely dissatisfied with Power Home Remodeling, and I am at a loss for where to begin.​ I added 2 pictures with the rest of my review to describe every detail of our siding and windows projects as it was too long to post here. PLEASE REVIEW THE 2 PICTURES I ATTACHED WITH THE DETAILS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Overall, the work is subpar at best! It's not worth the money. In my profession, I've been a project manager; I would've never signed off on an incomplete and unprofessional job like this. It's a rushed and botched job. I called Power Home Remodeling this morning (4/3/25) to request they come out to fix 2 things that were obvious to the eye. The earliest they can come is June 13, 2025. Then, when my electrician was here to give me a quote on hooking up our pool, he noticed that the electrical work he had done on the outside of the house (clamping down the new wires to our updated electrical panel) - Power Home Remodeling left all the electrical wires unclamped! Then when we were in the backyard, and I was looking at the back of the house, I started to notice a lot of things out of place. Gaps in the siding, bulging siding, siding that is coming out of place, etc. Remind you, the siding was only done in October 2024, and it's April 2025! Now I have to call Power Home Remodeling again to let them know that I caught 28 additional things besides the 2 things I called them about this morning. Again, this job was not worth the money; they sold us on things that we truly didn't have, like a dedicated project manager who would check the completed project, and there was such a lack of professionalism. I've worked with many contractors in the past, and by far, this was the absolute worst experience! The company has provided poor service and unprofessional work. Even though a Project Manager finally came out in October 2024, it's April of 2025 and I've noticed 30 additional things that they did not notice (it's their job to find these flaws in the project). Not only did they fail to meet basic expectations, but they also sold us on promises, such as the presence of a dedicated project manager, which they did not fulfill. We deserve to have these issues resolved promptly, and they should significantly reduce our bill (by thousands of dollars) to reflect the subpar work. We paid $44,000 for a project that was rushed and poorly executed. I will be escalating this matter to corporate and intend to pursue this issue until it is resolved."
