"This is my second experience with Joyce Plumbing and Heating. The first time was a new hot water tank. When you have your local city inspector tell you during inspection of the tank installation that "oh, Joyce did it? Then I don't even need to look at the installation...". That was a ringing endorsement!! We then moved to a mini-split heating/cooling system for our house. These guys were just terrific. We had 3 units put into our house and the team worked flawlessly. The installers and repair personnel show up on time and leave the area they are working on cleaner than it was when they started the work. "Chimney Chap did an excellent job replacing the termination cap on my Vermont Castings gas stove at a reasonable cost. The two technicians who performed the work were very professional and worked hard to overcome some unforeseen installation difficulties. From my initial e-mail to the installation of the cap, Chimney Chap was very responsive. Meanwhile, some other companies I contacted were unresponsive and less interested in performing a small installation project. I will surely contact Chimney Chap, Inc. in the future if I experience any problems with my gas stove."

"I was referred to Walley's by a friend after experiencing trouble getting someone in to service my burner. When I called, I spoke to several courteous and professional staff members who went the extra mile to help me. I was concerned because the burner was running loud and we had already experienced a "puff back" on our old burner and didn't want to risk that again, and we had just started having a leak from what looked like an overflow pipe. I also mentioned that I had radiant heat in one room and needed an experienced technician that could manage the anti-freeze in the system. When I told Mandy the problem, she checked with Walley Sr. and he scheduled one of his best technicians to handle our job and got him out to us within a few days. Our technician, Alex, was polite, knowlegedable, professional and honest. He told me, as well as showed me everything he was doing, asked me to inspect the burner before putting it back together and did a very comprehensive inspection. Alex found that our leak was coming from a broken pressure valve which he had on his truck and replaced immediately. After 4 hours of Alex working at our home, we recieved a follow-up customer service call to make sure we were happy with the work Alex did and wondering if we had any questions or concerns. Wow! I was impressed! I plan to continue using Walley's and look forward to a long relationship with them."

"The cabana in our backyard collapsed due to heavy snow last winter. I contacted several junck removal companies found at Angies List. Steve called me promptly, showed up on time to look at the situation, and gave me an estimate the next day. I decided to have Steve do this job. He coordinated the time with my agent  and got the job done when I was out of town. He also informed me about the process through email. I was pleasantly  surprised when I cam back. The cabana and the hot tub were gone. The site was clean. Any savagable items were neatly set aside. It has been a great experience to work with Steve throug the whole process. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone."

"Aside from the price of service it went well.  They were relatively on time and seemed to know what they were doing.  During the phone call I was told it would probably cost me around 100 dollars.  During the service they replaced a small part for the cost of $228 in addition to an $89 dollar diagnostic fee.  They said it was an expensive part.  I looked online and I could not see where that price was justified.  I found multiple equivalents for under thirty dollars.  So, $327 to replace a part that sells for less than thirty dollars and less than twenty minutes on the job site.  Now, I know they had to travel but I can not feel good about that overall cost given the degree of difficulty."
